参展须知


    1 、杜绝假冒伪劣商品参展, 参展企业需提供营业执照、产品质量等证明材料 ;为尊重知识产权, 参展商只能展出以自身名义登记生产、并使用自身注册商标的产品,或授权代理、经销的产品。 
    2 、未经组委会同意,参展商不得任意转让展位,一经发现,即撤销其参展资格。
    3、企业填妥“展位申请表”并加盖公章后传真至组委会,于2个工作日将展位费一次性汇入大会指定帐户,在确认参展商参展资质后,将发给展位确认书。

    4、展位申请表已视为合同使用,如因参展商单方面原因导致不能参展,仍需支付100%的参展费用。同时,组委会保留追讨其它损失的权利。

    2. Without the consent of the organizing committee, the exhibitor shall not transfer the booth at will. Once found, the exhibitor's qualification will be revoked.
    3. After filling in the "Booth Application Form" and stamping the official seal, the enterprise will fax it to the organizing Committee and remit the booth fee to the designated account within 2 working days. After confirming the qualification of the exhibitor, the confirmation letter of booth will be issued.
    4. The booth application form is regarded as a contract. If the exhibitor cannot participate in the exhibition due to unilateral reasons, he/she still needs to pay 100% of the exhibition fee. Meanwhile, the organizing committee reserves the right to recover other losses.
